Your Goal

You keep the Swapfiets machine running together with the rest of the IT support team. As part of the technical know-everything team, you support everyone with an IT-related problem. The IT support team is responsible for all hardware, software and security measures within Swapfiets. Our motto is that we rather prevent than cure. That's why we need you to play a key role in challenges we are facing as a fast growing company. In which we regulate our access management, perform security tests, automate processes and ensure that everything works smoothly and secure within the organization. We are in it for the long haul!

You manage the lifecycle and inventory of our organization's IT resources, while at the same time reducing IT costs, IT risk and improving the productivity of our colleagues.. And next to all that we have set the ambitious goal to create the smoothest and most secure (Digital) work environment possible for all of our colleagues around the world.

Your Responsibilities

• Create the best possible IT asset management environment, with future scaling goals in mind;

• Be responsible for budgeting, procurement, planning and tracking of our IT assets.

• Lead and act as a compliance officer on IT topics by actively contributing to security and privacy matters;

• Develop workflows and risk analyses for all our digital systems and hardware;

• Improve our IT procedure documentation, access control and SOP authoring;

• Actively look for optimization and improvement of (digital) work processes;

• Actively contribute in day to day support on software, user and device management topics;

• Advice Manager Data & IT on IT procedures, software and hardware strategy;

• Coach less experienced IT supports to a higher level, helping each other grow while improving timely, cost-effective and quality compliance delivery;

• Deliver insights and updates to stakeholders on team and management level;

Your Profile

• Higher vocational or academic working and thinking level;

• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience;

• Experience with setting up IT security procedures

• Able to negotiate with external IT parties

• Experience with Scrum way of working;

• Excellent communication skills in English.
