As an IT Support engineer Dealing room you will support and maintain the global Dealing room Front Office environment. You will be part of a skilled team that manage the IT infrastructure, hardware and trading software. The support engineer does not have a 9 to 5 mentality, is stress resistant and is capable of working individually as in a team.
The Dealingroom Support department is composed of 7 Ops Engineers who deliver top quality support to one of the most critical departments in the bank: Financial Markets & Group Treasury. Within the team, we embrace the agile way of working to improve efficiency and to ensure we provide the best service possible to our customers. You will analyze and troubleshoot incidents and work pro-actively to reduce recurrence. You will also assist in projects and create PowerShell scripts to automate simple tasks.
Your work environment
Provide skilled support in a high-pace environment to end users in the Dealingroom.
Solving incidents, problems and dealing with changes according to ITIL standards.
Support on applications and liaising with different departments.
Managing Active Directory, GPO’s and Appsense policies.
Participate in projects
Organize & plan patch management and software distributions via SCCM.
Cross-border roll-out and collaboration.
Staging and configuring laptops and desktops.
Creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts to support our daily IT tasks.
The possibility to learn C# and co-develop for our own IT support application.

As a Dealingroom Support Engineer you will need:
A minimum of an IT bachelor degree or similar through experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support function.
Experience in: Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 or higher, SCCM, basic networking, (PowerShell) scripting, GPO’s, Windows Active Directory, Appsense and MS Azure (cloud).
Basic knowledge of hardware and IT infrastructures.
Any MS certification is an added value, as well as development languages and ITIL certification.
You are a team player, service-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Good Dutch and English communication skills.
