Job Description
You’ll be working within TechInfra within in a squad that is collaborating with a variety of stakeholders across the company and across the border. Within ING the purpose of Tech/Infra is delivering reliable and cost-competitive IT Infrastructure services that can be consumed on demand via a self-service portal and APIs and that enable consumer squads to work in an Agile and DevOps way. Your focus will be on enabling squads and asset owners to prevent, detect and respond to cybercrime events. Are you the one who will guide our teams to prepare themselves against APT style cyber-attacks?!

Your “backpack” should contain

• Experience with working in a complex and challenging IT environment;

• Track record of consulting/advising (Senior Management);

• Certification and / or proven skills in IT Risk & Security (such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, PMI-RMP and/or MoR);

• Knowledge and experience with IDS, IPS, S(I)EM, Anti DDoS solutions;

• Updated on the latest malware and security threats;

• In depth knowledge about Advanced Persistent Threats (APT);

• Creativeness; you like to come up with solutions in new technologies;

• Experience in an Agile/Scrum DevOps team;

• Team playerskills; a true professional in every way;

• Extensive experience with teaching others and sharing knowledge (bi-directional);

• Documentation and communications skills to share your findings;

• A getting-things-done mentality.

Optional experience (not mandatory)

• Experience in an Agile/Scrum DevOps team;

• Knowledge and experience with Mitre Att&Ck framework;

• Certification and proven skills on (one or more) penetration testing areas such as CEPT/GPEN/LPT/OSCP.

Your education and background

• At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology;

• Certifications and/or proven proficiency in one or more technologies requested;

• Good understanding of Dutch and English.
