Team/application description 

The Spider/Messaging team works on a service bus application which makes sure that every message goes from A to B in a highly reliable manner; "Once and only once". Due to the nature of the application we touch almost all functional events/flows within BMG, this requires fast learning and adaptation skills. It is also highly critical for BMG as all payment streams and FX deals go through this system and as such high QA standards are fundamental. We are using the Azure DevOps pipeline for our daily work and are at the moment piloting a move to Azure Cloud. The application has been completely rewritten in the last 2-3 years and is made ready to run in a K8 environment. We are a team that is always looking ahead to see which technology is beneficial for our purpose. The next steps in the coming years for the application is using K8, Reactive programming and Function as a Service (FAAS). As such we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and experiment within a complex environment as BMG.
