Feature Engineer in Amsterdam

You will be playing a key role in the design of interesting and wide ranging IT solutions at the Feature level, using practices such as Agile and Continuous Delivery across an array of exciting IT projects in the coming year. You will also be joining a supportive and dynamic team who are responsible for the design and delivery of Trade Finance products.

What are you going to do?
•    The core application for Trade Finance is Fusion Trade Innovation. You will primarily work on integrating and enhancing Fusion Trade Innovation to support the Trade Finance growth strategy.
•    Work in an agile environment that’s fluid, high-velocity and inclusive
•    Support managers to make informed complex IT decisions
•    Design high quality, resilient and scalable Feature Solutions that will support the Trade Finance growth strategy while keeping our back office stable and reliable..
•    Create roadmaps to ensure features are delivered safely into production
•    Become an end to end subject matter expert (design to production)
•    Work with vendors and offshore partners to align business requirements
•    Be part of Global ING Communities
 

What are we looking for?
•    Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT
•    Experience with application integration. Preferably Fusion Trade Innovation.
•    Financial Services experience:
•    Trade Finance
•    Lending
•    Working capital solutions
•    Payments & cash management
•    Knowledge of design, application configuration and 3rd party vendor management
•    Excellent communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management skills
