As one of ING’s successful scale-ups coming from ING Labs, CoorpID is now scaling throughout Europe. We solve KYC pains for banks and corporates around document management and sharing. We are looking for innovators to further progress our growth.
As a Strategic Business Designer you will be part of our Scale-Up Office team. Our Scale-Up Office is responsible for driving the scaling of CoorpID. We apply scaling methods and support the CoorpID team in the strategy process and drive continues improvements. Other key areas are Organizational Design, Risk, Finance, Value Proposition development and Partnerships.
You will be working in a high-performing team that sets itself apart from the competition by fast learning cycles, radical thinking, experimentation, and ample energy.
This is what you will be doing
Solve the biggest challenges for CoorpID and help shaping its strategy
Support project management in the CoorpID roll-out at ING and beyond
Own a capability by executing the work, drafting a roadmap to make it scalable with the right people, processes and tools
Collaborate with ING Neo on your capability
This can range from Organizational Design, People, Finance or Risk to Contracting and Partnerships
We work in a small team in an Agile sprint routine

What is required?
A Master degree
Excellent command of English and Dutch spoken and written language
1-5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in project managent, business cases and workshop facilitation
You are curious, structured and easy and fun to work with
A serious interest in team building and organisation design
Nice to have
Experiences in a Financial Institute and KYC
Experience in a scale-up
Experience in IT delivery
Agile/Scrum experience
Management consulting experience
