Experienced Cloud engineer (Infra) in Amsterdam

The opportunity

We are in search for a public cloud infrastructure engineer with experience in Azure, Google Cloud Platform or Oracle Cloud infrastructure.

Team, Roles and responsibilities

The DevOps team consists of highly skilled engineers with network infrastructure knowledge. You will design, implement and manage network infrastructure to support private and public cloud hosted environments.

• Knowledge of virtualization and networking concepts

• Experience with design, configure and managing network infrastructure in Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud or AWS.
• Experience automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef or Salt stack
• You can find your way around tools like Azure CLI, Google Cloud Deployment Manager, AWS Cloud formation etc.
• Knowledge and experience with languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell
• Routing, switching, firewalls and load balancing (CCNP or equivalent)
• Experience with connecting physical and virtual networks to cloud providers
• Working with GIT & CI/CD pipelines
• Agile/Scrum experience

Your education and background

• Professional and intellectual IT ability at least a bachelor’s degree
• Certifications or proven proficiency in Networking and Security
• Certifications or proven proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
