(Sr) Change Execution Professional (IRRBB/CSR Implementation Program) in Amsterdam

Your role
The COORF/Strategy and Roadmap department supports both ING CFO & CRO domains with program management capabilities to deliver large scale, global change programs.

The Strategy and Roadmap department is currently preparing to mobilize a program to address new guidelines for Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) and Credit Spread Risk in the Banking Book (CSRBB). With tight deadlines and high delivery complexity, we are looking for an experienced change execution professional to manage delivery of the program.

As a Change Execution Professional you support the organization in realizing large and complex changes. You bring people together and work towards a shared vision or change target and end product. A Change Execution Professional organizes alignment and helps Squads, Tribe lead(s ) and the Executive Board to implement the change target with a stronger emphasis on influencing rather than on control. You make it possible to realize complex changes through short-cycle implementations by organizing cooperation and coordination between Tribes, Squads and both internal and external co-makers and creating coherence. As a Change Execution Professional you act in the general interest of the ING and you are a role model when it comes to the Orange Code and the Agile process. You will be part of a team of Change Execution Professionals, who actively contribute to develop the team and each other, for instance by organizing trainings and company visits.

Your key responsibilities 
As a Change Execution Professionals you:

  • Determine the direction of change, together with Business Executive and stakeholders.
  • Involve and align the Tribes, Squads and other co-makers necessary to organize and implement the change end to end.
  • Add focus and accelerate business transformation and deliver regulatory programs.
  • Create and setup roadmap, manage dependencies, monitor roadmap and identify impediments
  • Support senior management by enabling the successful start-up, execution and delivery of complex and strategic change.
  • Help create alignment between COO Finance and Risk, it’s business partners, and other domains within ING.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Master’s degree
  • 5+ years demonstrable experience and extensive knowledge in managing large scale programs in global financial institutions
  • Background in Risk management in Financial Risk, Market Risk and/or Interest Rate Risk / Credit Spread Risk topics
  • Excellent track record in implementing complex COPAFITHJ changes
  • Managerial skills, leading a team of professionals
  • Strong affinity and experience with agile way of working
  • Good understanding of Dutch. Excellent in English (speaking and writing)
