For a graph technology driven project, we are looking for a full stack developer who enjoys working in an innovative environment. Willing to pick up any kind of task in our stack and open to learn about new technologies and processes that might come along to bring iGraph to the next level within the organization. iGraph provides insights in the IT landscape of ING using graph visualizations, (graph) analytics and by providing our users with easy to consume graph data.
Job description:As a DevOps Engineer :
Develop existing applications and contribute to development of new applications by analysing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Develop new routine applications to meet customer requirements;
Support data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for product/service improvement;
Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders. For example, ensures that own efforts meet the needs and requirements of internal and external stakeholders. Works to identify all relevant issues and satisfy the interests of multiple stakeholders during the decision-making process;

You will be working within the department Group Services / Enterprise Architecture and reporting to the Chapter lead of GS/EA/Design & Discovery. The chapter consists of 10 Engineers with different backgrounds working in three different applications. You will find a strong team spirit and collaboration between the different squads.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience as a Software Engineer and who has experience regarding design, developing and maintaining an application. Works at an intermediate level to understand business context, needs, rules, and architecture, as well as organizational structure, cultures, capabilities, and processes to document the current state of processes and the business.Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to analyse data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making. Follows the coding standards and design and writes code and documentation with increased autonomy and knows when to ask for support.

You are a team player, you enjoy leading by example while being open to accept others’ ideas. You have good communication and consultancy skills and you are persuasive.
