The Bot application is an in-house Backoffice solution.  The  Bots Platform team is responsible for the technical support, maintenance and enhancement of IT systems covering the entire BOTS Platform (Linux, Oracle & Citrix/Windows). The team consist of members in NL, in Poland and India. The team fulfil an Environment Manager role for the DTAP environments to ensure all environments are adequately setup (safe/secure, managed and fit for purpose),  creators of automation tooling, do extensive monitoring and contribute/investigate & solve incidents/problems. What you will be working on

Product owner’s responsibility is to develop the product vision and define what to do to get there. You define priorities, manage the backlog and relevant stakeholders, and ultimately deliver value together with your Squad.

Define priorities:

• Priorities must be based on business value, judgement, direction given by management
• Ensure that the backlog is organized according to priority, and must provide full clarity to the squad
• Top priorities for a quarter are clear to the squad
• The PO is aware for the progress, deadlines- & commitments.

Manage the Backlog

• Fully in control of the backlog at any given time
• Safeguard the completeness, correctness and the quality of the Backlog
• All tasks are linked to stories to features, features to EPICs.

Manage stakeholders

• Identify stakeholders & create stakeholders Map
• Communication is the key
• Set a process to receive requirements for new features
• Regular meetings, visits , demos and reviews
• Manage expectation from stakeholders
• Shield/Protect the squad

Deliver value

• Report QBR progress monthly basis
• Consistent way to measure and report on business value for platform activities
• Define value at least at EPIC level
• Monitor and report value delivered per sprint and per QBR
• You translate the purpose, the why​, your business & product knowledge to the squad(s) and work with your squad(s) on a daily basis when needed to optimize the sprint outcome, you improve the predictability, optimize the velocity.
• You ensure our license to operate as a Bank by secure and flawless 24/7 operations whilst keeping strong focus on regulatory compliance.

About you

• You have a successful track record as a Product Owner & certified is a plus
• You closely collaborate with other Experts and Product Owners in the area and Tribes translating the voice of the customer, business and IT needs into requirements, you apply your experience in supporting to build and manage the products with an end-to-end mindset.
• You are creative and an out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.
• You have hunger for deep understanding and striving for impact
• You are stress resilient and able to prioritise and manage yourself effectively
• You demonstrate deep customer empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
• You demonstrate strong cross-functional/technical partnership and stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of IT technologies (Linux, Oracle, Azure pipeline)
• An entrepreneurial mindset; you dare to step up, speak up and experiment 
• Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
