Senior Tester - WB Tech Lending in Amsterdam

We are looking for a Test lead, who is technically passionate and able to contribute to design, test automation and hardening (security, stability, deployment) of lending platform.

Your work environment:
You will work within the WB Tribe Lending. The purpose of our Tribe: “Create a fast, seamless, personalized & data driven digital Lending Xperience for borrowers, ING employees, investors and regulators”. The Tribe is responsible for streamlining and digitize the lending process, to make it easier, more reliable and controlled. This includes lending products like loans, discount loans etc., of bilateral and syndicated deals. Our clients are spread across 40 countries; we are converging to one way of serving our clients, delivering an uniform client experience across countries.

We are developing a modular platform which allows teams to easily, clear and digital processing end2end lending transactions in collaboration with all the relevant stakeholders & customers.

Your Activities:
- Test the application from a business and functional perspective.
- Closely work with the developers and business analysts in a Squad within the Agile principles.
- Participate in refinement, sprint planning and test planning.
- Plan and participate in demo activities.
- Review the functional documentation.
- Evaluate business requirements for testability.
- Define the test strategy and develop and execute the test cases.
- Create and maintain automated tests.

Important qualities necessary for this function are:
Bachelor level, preferably degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
In-depth experience in testing application integration and web-based systems.
In-depth experience in creating, executing and analysing performance tests.
Experience in working with azure devops and creating azure pipelines.
Experience with test improvement and automation, including software development for test automation.
Experience with tools for test automation and test management.
Experience in co-ordination integration/chain testing and release and change management activities.
Experience with databases, Unix and windows operating system.
Experience in working in an Agile-scrum framework.
Experience in working with BDD/ATDD framework.
