As a temporary part-time IT support employee in Amsterdam, you will be answering customer questions about the organization's product. You will do this mainly in English. When you are not helping customers by phone or email, you will be working on internal improvement processes. There is a lot of room for your own input in this organization.

You will be working for a scale up that focuses on offering a SaaS platform that helps organizations to become more sustainable. They do this through sustainable challenges, crowdfunding campaigns or volunteer work. Employees can sign up for these activities. The client reports how much impact it has made. Furthermore, the organization currently employs 14 people and has an informal atmosphere. The working language within the company is English.
Who are you?
You are someone with an affinity for IT and are good at talking to people. You have good analytical skills and always want to improve. You can see where improvements can be made to improve the process. You are completely free to choose your own days and working hours, as long as you are available every Monday and Wednesday morning to work in the office during the team meetings. Furthermore, you are available 20 to 25 hours per week and the salary is € 13,- to € 14,- gross per hour based on your experience.
