Business Manager Customer & Data in Amsterdam

The opportunity

In this role you will support the IT lead Job de Zeeuw and work intensively with the other members of the Customer & Data Management team. Your goal is to make the entire team more successful in the delivery of the Tech priorities and projects for the Customer & Data domain. This can be a lot of things, obviously. A couple of examples :

• You are the driving force and accelerator for the team in the delivery of the Customer and Data roadmap and priorities. It means a.o. that you keep track of priorities, progress, and you anticipate issues and find solutions (e.g. resources, dependencies, new events, ...) ... and much more
• You are full member of the management team and act as a sparring partner, sounding board and trouble shooter for the IT lead Customer & Data and the team in day-to-day activities;  
• You ensure good and effective insights for steering the department and are the go-to person for data,  reports, information and presentations
• You work closely together with the IT lead and the team on tactical and improvement topics and the communication about these topics.
• There’s a series of activities that you master for the team: keeping track of business structure changes, financials, communications, risk & compliance, and many more.
• You are highly effective in working with the other colleagues in and outside Tech NL – the colleagues working in other parts of Tech, the Business, HR and Finance.
• You anticipate what is coming next and make work lighter for all – including yourself

The formal part

This position is based on a 40 hour working week. The position will be a job scale 11.

The work location is Amsterdam Southeast, Acanthus building.
