What are you going to do:

In this capacity, you will be responsible for helping clients with technical issues, delivering excellent after-sales care, and ensuring client satisfaction via effective communication and issue-solving. Being a Danish speaker, you will have the chance to work in a multilingual call center, catering to clients throughout Europe, and managing everything from warranty claims to pre-sales and after-sales assistance.

As part of your regular duties, you will handle email correspondence with clients, maintain customer data, handle payments and refunds, organize order fulfillment with other departments, and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics to enhance service quality. With your enthusiasm for technology and customer service, you will be an asset to the team and contribute positively to the company's success.
