This branch is all about providing top-notch customer care after the sale, handling returns, getting the new products out there, and giving killer support before and after the sale in a multilingual call center.

So, as a Portuguese Customer Sales and Tech Support Hero, you'll be in charge of delivering a pro and friendly service, covering all the tech, sales, and tracking stuff. That means you'll be in contact with customers day in and day out, giving them the lowdown and super helpful tips to tackle their gnarly tech issues.

  • You'll be the go-to person for handling customer inquiries and resolving their problems via email, ensuring that their concerns are swiftly and effectively addressed.
  • Get ready to keep our customer database in top shape on our special admin platform. This means ensuring that orders, sub-orders, and credit notes are created, updated, or modified whenever necessary, and that everything is well-organized.
  • Get your payment processing skills ready because you'll be responsible for handling transactions with accuracy and managing refund requests efficiently.
  • Get ready to be a team player! You'll be collaborating closely with our production and administration teams, working together to coordinate order fulfillment and tackle any unexpected challenges that may pop up along the way.
  • We take customer satisfaction seriously, so you'll be monitoring and analyzing customer satisfaction metrics to keep track of our performance. Your valuable insights will be used to provide regular reports to management, helping us continuously enhance the quality of our services.
