As a full-time IT assistant at a major food supplier in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for supporting colleagues in the field of IT. You will also install and repair new hardware, and you will be the internal point of contact for technical problems and will handle various tickets from the helpdesk on a daily basis. With your help, the operation will be able to run as efficiently as possible. Your input for optimising processes is therefore more than welcome. Finally, you will also support project teams in the IT field and be in contact with suppliers.
Where will you be based?
When you start as a full-time IT assistant in Amsterdam, you will be working for a major food supplier that operates internationally. You will work from the Dutch head office in Amsterdam, but will also help colleagues in the rest of the country. Together with your team, you will be responsible for solving problems and optimising the organisation's IT operations. In this position, it is also possible to work partly from home.
