What are you going to do:
Are you a talented and dedicated Support Engineer looking to take your career to the next level? This USA-based company, specializing in IT services and cybersecurity, is expanding its operations and seeking a Support Engineer to join their team in Tiel.
As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the company’s Windows system, and you will analyze and solve issues with the software and hardware. Your daily tasks will include:
- Swiftly respond to escalated support requests, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Delve into diagnostics and troubleshooting activities, covering the spectrum of printer setup, installation, maintenance, and security.
- Exhibit a high level of competence in managing Active Directory elements, encompassing objects, groups, policies, permissions, and replication.
- Deliver expert initial-tier support to end-users, with a specialization in Dynamics CRM, SharePoint Online, and various Microsoft 365 applications.
- Take a proactive approach to oversee the orchestration of Veeam backup and recovery processes for servers and workstations, maintain the deployment and upkeep of handheld scanners, perform a diverse range of hardware tasks, meticulously record procedures and solutions for future reference, all while staying current with emerging IT trends and technologies.

What we ask:
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- Experience as It support in a Windows environment
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
