As a workforce analytics expert, you'll immerse yourself in data analysis and craft predictive models for various aspects, including absenteeism, outflow, and recruitment. You'll be working with real-world data, helping us uncover invaluable insights for our organization.
What we're looking for:
You are experienced in programming statistical models, with a preference for Python or R. You speak English fluently. If you also know Dutch and/or French, that's a fantastic bonus!
Are you ready to roam? Your job will be in Rotterdam and occasionally you are expected in Brussels!
