Welcome to DASH, the tech accelerator for "The WORKS," a family of brands collaborating to connect talented individuals with job opportunities. Our flagship brand is YoungCapital, and DASH crafts cutting-edge tech solutions spanning from the front door to the backyard.
Within DASH, we've launched the 'Digital Factory,' a dynamic, fast-learning 2-team product organization. We leverage Mendix to streamline and automate extensive administrative tasks for candidates, recruiters, and clients. This encompasses onboarding, contract management, shift scheduling, time tracking, and financial transactions. Handling hundreds of millions € annually, our workforce tackles thousands of vital tasks and processes daily.
Your expertise as a Senior Mendix Developer is pivotal in shaping the future of our digital solutions and ensuring a DASHING experience for our candidates, recruiters, and clients.
What you’ll do:

Innovate and Lead: Spearhead innovative solutions within the 'Digital Factory,' identifying and addressing forthcoming challenges while steering our Mendix journey towards maturity.

Architect Robust Solutions: Design resilient Mendix applications to automate and streamline intricate administrative processes, from onboarding to payment and billing, ensuring efficiency and precision.

Collaborative Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Mendix solutions, promoting a smooth experience for candidates, recruiters, and clients.

Maintain and Monitor Quality: Uphold high-quality standards in Mendix application development, conducting rigorous testing and ensuring the reliability and performance of critical processes.

Mentor and Guide: Mentor junior developers, sharing your Mendix expertise and helping them grow within the 'Digital Factory.'

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Mendix best practices and technological advancements, implementing them to enhance the effectiveness of our digital solutions.
