Analyst Technical Support Engineer to represent their Rotterdam company.
Our Client
Progress Softwares European Technical Services Centre based in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) delivers world-class support solutions to Progress customers throughout Europe, the Middle-East and Africa, resolving complex technical problems.
Role Purpose
Deliver technical support in all areas of the Progress product set to Application Partners, Direct End-Users, Distributors and Progress employees in the EMEA region. Create and maintain knowledge base entries. Participate in new product release review and QA activities.
Typical Profile and Qualifications
University-level technical education preferred;
Up to 2-4 years of working experience as an Application Developer or Database Administrator;
Experience with system administration is a strong plus;
Native language: French, German, Italian or Spanish;
Good communication both verbal and written in English;
Strong customer focus;
Good personal organizational and multi-tasking skills;
Self-driven;
Team player;
Strong problem-description and solving skills;
Effective prioritization skills.
