You will join the recruitment team that consists of a talent sourcer, two corporate recruiters and one manager. Your mission will be to get the best people in from around the world. You will help the business grow by finding professionals in Marketing & Sales, IT, Finance and HR. The vacancies of our Production facility in The Hague are also part of your portfolio. To stay on top of the recruitment process you will meet on regular basis with the hiring managers and advise them with your knowledge and expertise of recruitment. You will be based in Amsterdam and The Hague. With your knowledge of the different (online) channels you will attract ambitious candidates and work on our employer branding strategy.
You have a proven track record in a fast paced recruitment environment, preferably within ecommerce. You are a true goal getter, driven to find and inspire the best candidates for your vacancies. Your are not overwhelmed by high volume recruitment needs and you manage this volume in an efficient and timely manner. Your flexible, empathic and professional attitude helps you engage with hiring managers and candidates.
