The team you will be joining, one of Ecommerce Backend squads, is responsible for improving and maintaining our online shop, ecommerce backend system which contains a few web APIs, as well as customer care back office platform, working closely together with UX, DBA, DevOps and other IT teams to get the best results.
Within Ecommerce backend squad, you will be mentored/coached by a quality engineer and work together with 4 developers, willing to help and guide you through real problems and situations, both in technical and architectural questions, entrusting you with the power to find and implement the best test solution.
We aim for you to be accountable for your testing code and decisions and learn from it, on every step of the process. We won’t discard your ideas and solutions, we will help you grow your ideas and help you to learn where to improve to further yourself. Most importantly, we are willing to learn from you and exchange our experience with you.
What projects will I be working on?
As part of Ecommerce Backend, you will be working with a wide range of tools and technologies that will provide you real work experience in different areas.
We want you to be involved and contribute to every project we will be working on during your internship. You are actively contributing to the automated (JAVA based) and exploratory testing of new and existing applications in our backend domain.
In addition, as a special assignment, we want You to research and present us a strategy to integrate our automated tests into continuous delivery pipeline within CI tool, with the following features:

We are looking for someone to help us with testing in all our projects, especially for automated test and continuous delivery integration. This means that, depending on your strengths, skills and preferences, we will help you to focus and obtain experience where you most need it.
We don’t expect you to be a full stack QE at this point of your career, however, the more you are familiar with the items below the better:
