Job description

To become the best digital airport, we focus now on IT services and innovations to improve the customer journey and the smart airport. We need to be Agile in our way of working and we need your contribution! As an Agile coach, you will be responsible for the Agile Way of Working and mindset - transformation. Your focus will primarily be within the IT-domain. We initiate this transformation in IT and we understand the need to work together with our business partners. Therefore, we also discuss and align in this transformation with other domains in Schiphol and their management teams. In this interaction, you are key. You make sure that IT and its stakeholders work together perfectly so we can add value to our customers. All in all, the Agile coach will be a very important player to realise our ambition. • Demonstrated experience working as an Agile coach (SCRUM master or Product Owner)
• Demonstrated experience in training and coaching management and employees in a constantly changing context (change management skills)
• Knowledge of cooperation and dependencies between business departments and IT
• A track record in transforming (IT) business into the Agile Way of Working (including cultural change and consultant skills)
• You are able to do your work in English, however since most of the organisation is in Dutch, speaking Dutch might be an advantage
