Your job

  • Quickly sketch and visualize user interfaces for new features.
  • Ship and deliver to engineers high fidelity designs of new features.
  • Create and iterate on final assets for engineers at different offices in Europe.
  • Collaborate with teams of designers, product leads, and engineers to put the solutions to real problems in the hands of our customers.
  • Research and analyze existing interfaces and customer journeys. Work closely with our users and iterate based on their feedback and observed behavior.
  • Take a lead and coaching role among the UX tribe that has UX and UI members in different offices in Europe.
Your profile
  • 3+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
  • Proven track record designing applications for the web & mobile-web.
  • Deep knowledge of design patterns and usability heuristics.
  • Proven track record of data driven designing.
  • Mastery of design tools: e.g. Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools: e.g. InVision, Framer, Pixate, Principal, etc.
  • Ability to generate pixel-perfect production assets.
  • Fluency in English along with a way with words – after all, ideas aren’t worth much if you can’t communicate them.
  • Experience in e-commerce application design,
  • Experience with AB testing.
