  • Analyze Takeaway's operational technology platform in all its monitoring and log on abnormalities before they evolve into customer-facing problems
  • Act as the first-line contact for Customer Service in answering and addressing system abnormalities
  • Assess, filter and escalate problems to the second-line SysOps Engineers and circle back to the Customer Service employee concerned!
Your profile
  • Eager to learn how Europe's biggest food delivery technology platform operates in all its technical dimensions
  • High energy, service-oriented mindset, strong analytical and communications skills
  • Acting pro-active, decisive, assertive and stress resistant
  • Preferably higher IT Education on HBO or Academic level or enrolment
  • Good English and Dutch skill both spoken and written
  • Proficient with IT office system like Microsoft Office and Google Apps
  • Expertise with workflow / issue-tracking systems like Jira, Zabbix, Grafana is a plus
  • Working experience as a call center agent in our call-center is a plus
