Product Owner Custom Made in Amsterdam

As Product Owner Custom Made you and your team will be responsible for improving and scaling the custom-made application and adding an application that is called Made to Measure.

• Driving innovation at Suitsupply, maximizing the usage of new technology to solve problems for customers;
• Stakeholder management (up to the founder and CEO)
• Creating a vision, roadmap, and metrics to build the future of fashion retail
• Using your knowledge about the product to communicate the business goals and connect them with KPI's
• Update and maintain backlog: what should we work on next and why?
• Work with the developers to implement features to deliver the best omnichannel customer centric experience for the custom-made customer;
• Empowering your team and cross-collaborate with other teams to unlock their full potential (e.g. clarifying user stories, attend daily scrum meetings, discuss dependencies, coach the team)

• A relevant degree and 5 years of experience delivering commercial results in e-commerce environment;
• Experience with keeping the customer at the center of development and thinking of new features to delight them;
• Working in a high-profile product with a lot of support from the business;
• The ability and experience to stand strong in your shoes, handling requests from stakeholders, negotiating, pushing back sometimes;
• Guided scrum teams through the E2E development process of something built from scratch;
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-moving retail environment.

• Your work in the custom-made team is visible throughout the company and used by customers;
• Increasing online revenue of custom-made orders;
• You have clear metrics that help you to validate if you are making the right things;
• Your team is loyal and dedicated, they trust you, they have a purpose and are happily involved in delivering projects with high impact on the business.
