We are looking for someone who excels in digital transformation and takes the lead in stakeholder management on behalf of the Tribe Daily Banking and Digital First in Leeuwarden.

Your chapter is responsible for the Value Spaces Business and Life Events. In the Business value space we manage the journeys for opening, change and closure of a business account. In the Value space Events we manage the customer journey for seizures and the deceased process. In both value spaces digitalisation, STP and optimizing the customer experience of the journeys is key.

The Customer Journey Experts in your chapter are all professionals you can be proud of. As a Chapter Lead you get satisfaction from further developing the Customer Journey Experts on expertise and individual development. As a coach you are constantly trying to get the best out of your team.

As a Chapter Lead within Daily Banking and Digital First you play an important role on executing this strategy.

Roles and responsibilities

As Chapter Lead you will distribute your time equally amongst:

(1) the development of knowledge and skills of your chapter,

(2) the development, coaching and management of your chapter members and

(3) you will be working together with your squads to ensure a hands-on approach!

You will develop the knowledge and skills of your chapter members (customer journey experts) in the field of marketing, product management and business to IT delivery for Daily Banking and Digital First, so they can use and transfer this knowledge to their squads. You are responsible for the personal development and evaluation of about 15 customer journey experts.

Additionally, you are responsible for coaching and assessing the chapter members on both professional and personal development. Together with your co-Chapter Leads and the Tribe lead, you will determine the direction of the Tribe.

You will support the development of high-performing teams and initiate change where and when necessary. You will motivate and inspire the squads in the Tribe to bring optimal propositions onto the market.
