An energetic Dev / Ops Engineer for the development of RPA solutions, who contributes to the realization of the purpose of the squad Robotics. A developer, but also important, a real member of our team.

This is what you are going to do

You are  developing and implementing robotic processes together with your squad. You use Automation Anywhere / Orchestrator in a Windows / SQL environment.

You support the Customer Journey Expert in describing new processes.

You support the OPS engineers in managing the RPA processes that are already in operation.

You also pick up backlog tasks that are not your direct expertise.

The following components are important:

• You have an up-to-date view on IT expertise.
• You contribute to the development of your squad by actively giving and receiving feedback.
• You are responsible for the development of your own professional knowledge and you know how to use it. You know where you can find the knowledge you need and you actively request for help when needed.
• You are familiar with IT Risk processes.

The environment

You work in a Scrum and Continuous Delivery environment.

You are part of the squad Robotics, a multidisciplinary team that is responsible for the development and maintenance of RPA processes. At this moment we are making the switch from Orchestrator to Automation Anywhere, the new RPA standard for ING.

You are part of our experienced BusDevOps RPA team and are working on the automation of (customer) processes and the implementation and maintenance of 'virtual employees' based on customer needs.

You have a hands-on mentality and you are proactive and interested. You have execution power and you work towards solutions. You dare to think outside the box. Fast changes are new opportunities for you. Customer perspective is a primary drive.

• You have sufficient experience with Windows server based applications.
• You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
• You have an overview of the entire spectrum of engineering skills (analysis, design, construction, test, CI / CD pipeline, management).
• You are an enthusiastic engineer with a passion for IT, a real team player who helps IT colleagues to grow.
• You like to work together in a multidisciplinary team.
• You are analytical and make decisions based on data and facts.
• You ask and do not take everything just like that for true.
• You are pro active.
• You are strong in communication and stress resistant.

A plus:

Experience in a large company.

Experience with RPA software preferably Automation Anywhere.

Knowledge of .Net.

Knowledge of BPM/N (Business Process Management / Notation).

Knowledge of Java.

Experience with working in an Agile organization / team.
